From volcanic soils in the Colli Euganie region, this is a light, dry and bright wine, refreshing, with fine delicate acacia flower, citrus and nutty aromas. The palate follows through with light citrus and hazelnut overtones. A perfect patio wine!
Seafood starters, marinara risottos, oven baked and grilled fish. Should be served between 10° – 12° C.
